So, ESO or Witcher 3?

Sounds strange to some, but I'm really quite torn on which one to get.
I'm only buying one game this year, and I'm an RPG fanatic..,

Any insight, guys and gals?

I'm going to say Witcher 3 based on the fact that the first two Witcher games are some of the best RPGs to come out during the 7th gen, meanwhile TES:O was pretty much DOA when it released on PC.

Yeah, Witcher 2 was fantastic..
I really enjoyed Skyrim and Oblivion, and the idea of adventuring through-eventually-most of Tamriel...
But...

Witcher 3 looks awesome but do you have to play the first two?

ESO is an intriguing option now that they dropped the subscription fees.

Yeah, I hate making decisions, too...I preordered both.
