Can't install content manager assistant, please help.

I got this message when i tried to install content manager assistant..

The files for installation requirement Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package could not be found. The installation will now stop. This is probably due to a failed, or canceled download.

Get it here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=29

Install that, and you should be good to go.

still the same.. before this error, i already have this installed. i try uninstalling then re-install, still the same..
