Signature question

So I have seen several users who have a signature on the forums that has their PSN info on it, including trophies and name etc. My question is how do you make one like that and how do you get the PSN data to show up?

Depends on what site you use. A lot of people use. www.psnprofiles.com for their trophy cards. There are many other alternatives though.
