Suikoden II coming to PSN?

Suikoden II was recently rated by the ESRB which is usually a good indicator that something is in the works.

I haven't played it yet myself but its my cousin's favorite rpg of all time. I'll have to give a try when its released... as long as it doesn't become vaporware like Ratchet & Clank: Nexus for Vita.

I would be more excited but I actually own 2 on Disc, who am I kidding I am excited and I will certainly double dip just to play on my Vita.

Are all the games connected or separate like Final Fantasy? How is the gameplay of the games? Turn based? What does the storyline revolve around?
