This webapp coordinates between PlayStation players searching to finish trophies together. You choose the game, trophy and platform and add yourself to the list.

Right now I'm at an in-between phase where half my friends I used to play GTA with have PS4s and the other half still don't. I tried jumping back into the PS3 version but the performance issues are painfully jarring after playing the PS4 version (even if it barely runs at 30fps, it's still far more consistent than the PS3 version).
