Nioh 2 - Concealment Ability Ninjutsu

Does anyone else not see Concealment ability working? My shurakin/kunai damage is at 38% raw and with concealment active, the number is still the same. Isnt Concealment supposed to be an extra 30-40% extra damage? I cant do any damage in twilight missions...
