RUMOR: Dark Souls Director Working on PS4 Exclusive.

Screenshots have been leaked of a game allegedly codenamed/titled Project Beast which is rumored to be a collaboration between From Software (the developers of the Souls series) and Sony Japan Studio. For those who don't know, both studios worked together on the very first game in the Souls series and Dark Souls' spiritual predecessor, Demon's Souls.

People are talking about this possibly being the game Hidetaka Miyazaki choose to direct when he announced he would not be involved in the development of Dark Souls 2.

Its looks like it definitely has some heavy influence from Dark Souls.

This is exactly the kind of announcement that I need before I decide to buy a PS4. To be honest I'm a little let down by Dark Souls II because Miyazaki's absence was painfully obvious, if this is truly helmed by him then it'll be impossible for me to pass it up.

hard to deny that this is a Souls game, considering it has the same running and evade animations as DeS and DaS... I wonder if the "Beast"' has anything to do with the Old One in Demon's Souls
