ok so recently I heard about a console called the Zeebo, anyone else hear of it?

Heard about it long ago. The old Zeebo was a 'budget' gaming system based on BREW (an old mobile phone dev platform). It was designed for developing countries. I believe it was discontinued a few years ago.

Heard rumors they're working on a new Android based project, which is doomed to fail like the OUYA.

Never heard of it, which surprises me considering it says it's been out since 2009.
