We are just doing audio. The audio quality was actually really good from what we tested out last Tuesday. We're hoping to make some progress again this week to make something a bit more clean.

I doubt that I will be making it on Tuesday. St. Pat's is one of the holidays that I celebrate pretty hard.

Me as well even though I'm still in my 20's. Drank enough in my past for 2 lifetimes so I'm allset with it now lol
How exactly are you guys communicating with eachother though? I know you're recording your own audio and then combining the tracks after wards but what do you use to talk to eachother? Skype? Google Plus?
Also how long do you guys talk for?
My hard celebration was 2 pints of beer at lunch with some soup. I went home, finished The Order: 1886, slept as Final Fantasy XV Episode Duscae downloaded, and then woke up to play through FFXVED. It was a holy day at this house.
We talk over PlayStation Chat on PS4 or PSVita. It's actually really smooth with no delay.
So far we have been clocking about 30 minutes an episode although I imagine once we get more organized an hour or hour and a half will be more likely.

The first podcast was kind of a bust because Brian's audio was too low but it was still a lot of fun. The second is complete but the quality still isn't where is needs to be. I think what I will do is send it to those involved as more of a learning tool.
I have to stress that I am learning too. We're all having fun but this won't be professional grade off the bat. Since I represent PSLS, I would like our work to be more presentable before we post it online.
That said, we've come a long way! I'll be available again tomorrow night (Tues) between 6-8. Hope to see everyone online!

Yup, I'll be around at 7 tomorrow, and I know my audio quality wasn't great. I have an idea for changing things up a little bit tomorrow (on my own part) so we will see how it goes.

Well if you'd like I can try to work my magic with the audio though there are limitations. Even I won't have the best recording quality. I have a bunch of microphones but they all use XLR and I have no real way of getting them into my PC so I'm stuck using a turtle beach headset for now.

That was actually the very first topic we did, but we can always revisit it later in the year. I think between me, Joe and Stephen, it was MGSV and Until Dawn, so after they come out we can pick new games =p

My thought process in the very beginning of wanting to do this was to avoid doing news related podcasts, since there are a lot of those out there already. Hell, this is a PSLS unofficial podcast, but we still don't want to compete with Bad Gamers. There will inevitably be big news stories that almost require reactions, like E3, but again this is more tuned for what we, outside of the industry, want to talk about. So most of your topics are really great and things that I bet would make for great conversations. I can spend a long time talking about my gaming history, the only problem is I'm not sure anyone cares enough to listen to it for more than 10 minutes haha
